How voting works

1. Open your personal link. We email it to each member on the voter list. It works only for you.
2. Confirm it is you. We send a one-time code to your email. Enter it within a few minutes.
3. Choose your candidates. Each position says how many you may choose. Tap a photo to select; tap again to undo.
4. Review and cast your vote. Check your choices, then cast. You cannot change your vote afterwards.
5. Keep your receipt code. Use it on the receipt page to check your vote was counted.

Is my vote secret?

Yes. The system records that you have voted, but your choices are stored separately with no link to your name.

Something went wrong?

If your link does not work, ask for a new one. After several wrong codes, voting pauses on your link for a while; the election admin can unlock it.
